and for the County of Middx on Monday the 21st. day
of Octor. in the Twenty Eighth year of the Reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain
Etc.

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens &
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the
Fields in this County have notice of this Petition and
Appeal & that they and all other Parties concerned do
Attend this Court on Fridaynext at Ten of the
Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide the Judgement
and Determination of the same Court touching the said
Appeal
