to appear at the Sessions holden for the City & Liberty of Westmr .
in April last and that this Dept. intended to have appeared there
accordingly but having Business in the County this Dept. did attend
the same and was out of London a Considerable Distance to that
this Dept. could not attend [..] the said [..] pril Sessions or the Adjourn [..]
Day thereof to have his Appearance recorded according to he Tenor of
the said Recognizance
