The Examination of John Grant< no role >
of the Parish of Little Stanmore in the
County of Middle'x Labouror taken upon
Oath before me Willm Hall< no role > Esqr . one of
his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for
the said County the Sixteenth day of July 1754

This Examination upon his Oath Saith that on this 16th day of
July instant he was in found the dwelling House of
Willm Davenell< no role > was broke open & severall things taken
away & that one John Riley< no role > was Suspected to have
done the same, and on this Examt. persueing the said
John Riley< no role > found him at the House of Richd, Woods< no role >
in the Parish of Hardon in the County aforesaid, with
a silver watch and two Linnen Shirts one of of which
was on his Back, and are since sworn to be the property
of the said Willm. Davenll< no role > [..]
