The Information of William Gee< no role > of St. Gilesin
in the Fields taken Before me one of his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the Sd. County

Who being Upon Oath says that On Saturday the 20th. Inst. that
James Gallaher< no role > Came in to his House Between Seven and
Eight of the Clock in ye Evening and Offered his Oysters to
Seal and that the sd Informant Bought two Halfepeney worth
of Oysters from the Sd. Gallaher Sepratly that [..] then Wi [..]

< no role > asked the sd. Gallaher to Oppen him Apeneyworth upon
Which the Sd. Gallaher Refused and said that the Sd. Pierson owed
Him Aponey Before that the sd. Pierson told the Sd. Gallaher that
[..] Nover Contracted a debt for Oysters in his Life and wonderd,
the sd, Gallaher should Challeng him the sd. Pierson with it and
that He the sd, Pierson tould the sd, Gallaher that he Deserved,
a good Lick Upon the Head for it and that he the Sd, Gallaher tooke
should of a Knive from his Kight Side and asked the Sd, Pierson
How [..] should ye Like to have that Knive of in his the sd. Pierson
Belly as Gutts then the Deceased [..] Told the sd, Gallaher that
he was a scoundrell for Offerning to Draw a knive Upon anat [..]
Man and Attend, to Knock the Knive out of the sd, Gallaher
Hand and that then there Insued Blows Between the Deceased
and sd, Gallaher and at the time there Hapnd. to toe of all
Wherein the sd, Gallaher was under and the Deceased

Upermost that then the sd, Informant says, when the Deceasd, was
Down he Gott from his Seal took him up and Desad, to have
No Wards and that Sombody at the Other End of the Room said
to the Deceased Parney you Die a Dunghill he fell
Batch ward Past the Seal whereon the Sd. Informant Sett and
Said what would you have me Do and that he the Sd. Informant
Took him up Rubd, his Temples and thought he had been in
a fitt and the sd, Informant Feeling some Warmuth on the
Back of his Right Hand he Looked Down saw the Blood
And Called but Stop the Rogue he has Stabd, the Man
