Who saith that on Tuesday the 28th. day of Augst last about a Quarter of
an hour past Eight o' Clock in the Morning He together with one Simon
Steptoe< no role >
a Soldier
came from the Magazine Guard in Hyde Park
toward
Gorvenor Gate
He saw a Boy in Brownish Cloathes in a Walunt tree
next the Gap opposite Grosvenor Gate-That two Persons coming or
Horseback thro' the said Gate one of them Smacking his Whip he saw
The Boy get down hastily from the Tree that Immediately after the
Said two Horsemen had past the [..] said Boy he saw the Said Boy upon his Legs
and that he heard not any Complaint made by the Paid Boy, and that
he saw no Person on Persons near the Said Boy or near the said Gatenear
Except the Said Two Horsemen And further saith That he and his
said Comrade than departed out of the Park
