being oath says that on the 28h. of August last
this Informant heard her son
John Shivers< no role >
was in St. Georges Hospital
then this Informant & Imediately went to the said Hospital and there saw her Son [..]
[..] Very bed & the Surgeon belonging to the Hospital told her he
beleived her son could not live, & then this Informant went away
and came again on the Thursday following and then [..]
this Informant asked her son [..] who hurt him and he answerd, the
Park keeper Struck him, then this Informant asked him when [..]
and he said on his Back, and this Informant further says
that all the time of her said sons Illness he cryed out [..] Sir
forgive me your Staff is to bigg, and further says that her said
son languished for about a fortnight and then Died,

me the Stick is to long,
