At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County
of Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment of Friday the
fifth day of July in the twenty fifth Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second
King of Great Britain Etc before ThomasLaneLane< no role > Richard Ricards< no role > George Errington< no role >
walter Berry< no role > Esquires and other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King
assigned to keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers-
Felonies Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint James within the LIberty of Westminster in the County of Middx against a Pass
Warrant or Order of Removal under the hands and Seals of Thomas Blencowe< no role > and
William Ashby< no role > Esquires two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the said County of
Middx (one whereof being of the Quorum) bearing date the thirtieth day of May One
thousand seven hundred and fifty one whereby Jane< no role > the Wife of Thomas Southall< no role > was
removed from the Parish of Harlington in the said County to the said Parish of
Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster as the Place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Thomas Southall< no role > and Jane his Wife And upon hearing of what was
alledged by Councel for the Churchwardens an Overseers of the Poor of
the said Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster This Court doth
disallow of the said Appeal and doth ratify and confirm the aforesaid Order of the
said two Justices of the Peace and the same is hereby ratified and confirmed
accordingly
