against an Order under the hands and
Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the
City and Liberty of Westminster
in
the County of Middx
(whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the fifth day of June One
thousand seven hundred and fifty one

was removed from the
Parish of Saint James
within the said Liberty of Westminster
to the said Parish of
Saint Stephen Walbrook as the last legal Place of her Settlement And upon hearing
of what was alledged by Councel for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said
Parish of Saint James
within the Liberty of Westminster
and also by Councel
for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Stephen
Walbrook This Court doth disallow of the said Appeal and doth ratify and confirm
the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the Peace
and the same is hereby
vacated and discharged accordingly
