At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by adjournment on
Friday the fifth day of July in the twenty fifth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
second King of Great Britain Etc before Thomas Lane< no role > George Errington< no role > William Withers< no role > John
Dekewer< no role > walter Berry< no role > Esquires and other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King
assigned to Keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also to hear and determine divers Felonies
Trespasses and other Misdeeds committed in the same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of Saint Stephen Walbrook in City of London against an Order under the hands and
Seals of two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty of Westminster in
the County of Middx (whereof one is of the Quorum) bearing date the fifth day of June One
thousand seven hundred and fifty one whereby Dorothy Trueman< no role > was removed from the
Parish of Saint James within the said Liberty of Westminster to the said Parish of
Saint Stephen Walbrook as the last legal Place of her Settlement And upon hearing
of what was alledged by Councel for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of Saint James within the Liberty of Westminster and also by Councel
for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Stephen
Walbrook This Court doth disallow of the said Appeal and doth ratify and confirm
the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the Peace and the same is hereby
vacated and discharged accordingly
