of St. Andrew Holborn above the Bars and of St. George the
Martyr Respectively for the Accommodation of the Country Carts
returning Empty from the sd. Parishes-And therefore We the sd-
Justices at this Petty Sessions in pursuance & by Virtue of the Statute
in Such Case made & provided Do approve of & Order that the
sd. Scavengers & Raker respectively have Liberty to Lodge their Dirt Dust ashes
& other filth in the sd. Close of the sd. Daniel Harrisson< no role > to wit on one
are thereof near to the Comon high Way & Turn Pike Road on the Eves
Side thereof including the Lay Stall now there & to be taken from the
Sd. High Way Eastward as near a Square as Conveniently may be
for the Space of one whole year from hence forth. And The sd. Daniel
Harrisson
< no role > now in this Sessions here refusing to come into or make any
Agreemt. with the sd. Scavengers & Raker or any of them for or Concerning
a Satisfaction to be Given for the Rent or Use of the sd. Piece of Ground
We the sd. Justices Do adjudge Moderate Order & Determine
That the sd. Scavengers or Raker or some of them Do & Shall upon demand
Pay or Cause to be paid to the sd. Daniel Harrisson the full Sum of-
Twelve Pounds of Lawfull Money of this Kingdom for & as a Satisfacon
to him for the Rent & Use of such Piece of Ground during the said time
being a moderate & reasonable Satisfacon for the SameAnd the
said Scavengers & Raker are to use their Utmost Care & Diligence That
by their Using sd. Piece of Ground as afsd. any of the Main Pipes (which lay
therein & which belong to the Governour and Company of the New River
or by what other Name called or Known) be not damaged or hurt
Given under our Hands & Seals in the said Petty Sessions
the sd. 21st. Day of June. 1751
