To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices
of the Peace for the County of Middlesex at Hicks
Hall in St. John Street in the said County at their
General Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Church Wardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Stephen Walbrook
in the City of London

Sheweth


That by Virtue of a Pass Order under the Hands and Seals of
two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace for the City and Liberty
of Westminster in the County of Middlesex (whereof one is of
the Quorum) bearing Date the 5th. Day of June 1751. Dorothy
Trueman
< no role > was removed from the Parish of Saint James
within the said Liberty of Westminster in the County aforesd.
to the said Parish of St. Stephen Walbrook as the last legal place
of her Settlement By which your Petitioners humbly conceive
themselves aggrieved and Appeal to this Court against the
said Pass Order

Your Petrs. therefore Pray that your
Worships will be pleased to hear and
Determine the Matters touching this
Appeal and give them such Relief in
the Premises as to your Worships shall
seem just and meet

And your Petrs. shall ever Pray Etc
