At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our Sovereign Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at
Hicks Hall in Saint John Street in the County aforesaid by Adjornment on Thursday the eighteenth day of April
in the twenty fourth year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain Etc before
Thomas Lane< no role > Peter Elers< no role > William Withers< no role > William Caslon< no role > Esquires
and other their Fellows Justices of our said Lord the King assigned to Keep the Peace in the County aforesaid and also to
hear and determine divers Felonies Trespasses and Other Misdeeds committed in the same County.

Upon hearing of the Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Saint
Paul Shadwell in the County of Middx against an Order of Removal under the Hands and Seals
of John Milner< no role > and Philip Dyot< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said
County of Middx (whereof one is of the Quorum) dated the twelfth day of February One thousand seven
hundred and fifty whereby Mary Willson< no role > Widow of John Willson< no role > deceased and Isabella< no role > her
Daughter aged about ten years were removed from the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the
said County to the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell as the Place of their last legal Settlement
And upon hearing of what was alledged by Councell for the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields and also by Councell for the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell This Court doth allow of the
said Appeal and doth vacate and discharge the aforesaid Order of the said two Justices of the
Peace and the same is hereby vacate and discharged accordingly And this Court doth order
that the Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Paul Shadwell do forthwith convey
and deliver the said Mary Willson< no role > and Isabella her Daughter to the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields or one of them with a Copy
of this Order who are hereby required to receive the said Mary Willson< no role > and Isabella into their
Care and to provide for them as for other Poor at the Charge of the Inhabitants of the said
Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields untill they can free themselves from the Charge thereof by
due Course of Law
