Whereas Complaint has been made unto us Two of his Majesty's
Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middlesex
(one being of the Quorum) by
the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the parish of Teddington
in
the said County That
Richard Cousill< no role >
and Mary< no role >
his Wife
with Two Children
(to Wit)
Elizabeth< no role >
about Thirteen Years
and
John< no role >
Aged about Nine Years lately come into the said Parish
endeavouring to settle there contrary to Law And it appeareth unto us
the said Justices and we de adjudge that they are likely to became chargeable
to the said parish and upon Examination of the said Richard Cousill taken upon
Oath it further appeareth unto us and we do likewise adjudge that the
Parish of Egham
in the County of Surry is the place of the last legal Settlement
of the said Richard Cousill
and Mary his wifewith their Two Children Elizabeth
and John aforesaid These are therefore in his Majesty's Name to Charge
said Command the Church wardens and Overseers of the poor of the said
parish of Teddington
forthwith to remove and convey the said Richard Cousill
and Mary his Wifewith their Two Children Elizabeth and John from the
said parish of Teddington
in the County of Middlesex
to the said
parish of Egham
in the said County of Surry and deliver them to the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor there or to some or One of
them who are hereby required to provide for them according to the Law
Given under our Hands and Seals the 15th. Day of March 1750
