To the Worshipfull His Majesty's Justices of
the Peace for the County of Middx in their
General Quarter Sessions Assembled

The Humble Pettion of Henry Walden< no role > and
Thomas Tipping< no role > Constables and
John Gearing< no role > Headborough of the Township
of New Brentford in the said County

Sheweth


That Whereas James Clitherow< no role > Esqr Lord of the Manner
of Boston cum Brentford wherein the said Township
doth lie hath not lately Held a Court Leet in his said
Mannor and is not likely Speedily to hold one Whereby
Constables & Headboroughs may be Chosen in their
Rooms And Whereas Your Petitioners have Served the
Said Offices the Year last past

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly pray that
they may be discharges from their said Office
and that the Persons Named in the Lists
Annexed are fit and proper persons to Succeed
them in their said Offices

And Your Petitioners shall Ever Pray

April 25th 1750
