At the Generall Quarter Session of the peace of Our Sovereign Lord the King
holden for the County of Middx at Hickshall in St: John Street in the County aforesaid
by Adjournment on Tuesday the Sixteenth Day of January in the twenty third year
of the reign of Our Sovereign Lord George the second King of Great Britain & before
Thomas Lane< no role > Henry Norris< no role > Merry Teshmaker< no role > Richard Ricards< no role > Esquires and other
their Fellows Justices of Our said Lord the King assigned to Keep the peace in the
County aforesaid And also to hear and determined divers Felonys trespasses & other
Misdeeds committed in the same County

Whereas The Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of
Allhallows Barking London exhibited their humble Petition And appeal unto the
Court of last Generall Quarter Session of the peace holden for the County of
Middx by Adjornment Monday the Ninth Day of October last Setting forth
That by virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the hands and Seals of two of
his Majestys Justices of the peace for the County of Middx (One whereof being
of the Quorum) bearing Date the Sixth Day of October One Thousand Seven
hundred Forty Nine Durance Blinkmann< no role > Widow of James Blinkman< no role > deceased
was passed from the Parish of Saint Giles in the Fields in the said County to the
Parish of Allhallows Barking London aforesaid alledging the last legall place
of Settlement of the said Durance to be there And That the Petitioners conceiving
Themselves aggrieved by the said Order &Judgmt: of the said two Justices did humbly
appeal therefrom which Appeal was appointed to be heard on the thirteenth
Day of the same Month of October And Whereas by Virtue of an Order Made by the Court of the
same Quarter Session on that Day and of a Subsequent Order made by The Cert of Generall
Sessions of the peace holden for the same County by Adjournment on the fifth Day of December
now last the hearing and determining the Matter of the said Appeal stands
