between the House of two & three in the Afternoon of the twenty

he saw a Bundle of Sacks of Mr. William

& at the same time saw a Man (where Name since he is
informed is George That) standing near the Sacks; & about
an hour after that Mr. Shelton coming for his Sacks Saind
that three Sacks out of the Bundle had been Stole & this
Informant then told him that he did believe that George

the Prisoner present did bring
three Sacks to the Shop of this Deponent Master in order
to sell & that the three Sacks now produced are the very
Sacks he then of for'd to Sale, but this Deponent Master
not being in the way the Prisoner was desired to leave the
Sacks & call some little time after which he did, but
in the Jutercin this Deponent Master being informed
the Sacks belonged to Mr. Shelton, accordingly he sant.
