for him, who came before the Prisioner was returned
in order to treat about them with this Deponents Master,
And When the Prisoner returned Mr. Shelton sent for a
Constable & charged him with the Prisoned who he said
had Stole the Sacks. And William Shelton< no role > for
himself on his Oath saith that he had three Sacks
Stole from Heen's Wharf aforesaid the twenty first
of June Instant & that the three Sacks New produced
are the three Sacks then Stole & that they are his
property & that he has just Cause to Inspect that
George Flatt< no role > the Prisoner present did Steal the Same
