The Information of Sarah< no role > the Wife
of Anthony Smith< no role > of White Hart Yard
Shoemaker , and Eleanor< no role > wife of
John London< no role > of the Same Taylor taken
before me this 17th. May 1749.

This Informant Sarah the wife of Anthony Smith< no role > on her Oath
sayth that on the 15th Instant she left one
Shirt and one S [..] White Handkerchief in her
Chamber in the House of John London< no role > in White
Nard Yard and that the Door of the Said Room
was locked and that she gave the key to her
this Informants. Son which key she saw her said
son A Little Child lay dorn on a said Box in the
shop belonging to the said John Lendol and this
Insinuant further Sayth that at her Return home
about three Hours afterwards She found the
Door of the said Chamber locked the aforesaid Shirt
and Handkerchief gone, And the Key taken away
from the Place when She saw it deposited as
aforesaid

Had this Informant Eleanor the Wife of John
Lender
< no role > at her Oath Sayth that She Saw James
Nicolly
< no role > Stand by the Place where the key was deposited
Soon after (to wit about an hour and half afterwards) the said
key was deposited as aforesaid and that the said James
Rustly had the a Key in his Hand Says that the
head said James go up the Stairs leading to Informant
Smiths, Room. Says Said James went< no role > out with a Band
under his Arrn. Says that during the Nine of Informant
Smiths. Assure the believes Us other person was in the [..]
except said James, and Says She is positive no other
Person during that time want use the Stain leadding to Informant to Smiths
Room except the said James Nicolly< no role > and his Wife
