At the Quarter Session of the peace of our Sovereign Lord
the King holden by Adjournment at Hicks's Hall in
Saint John Street in the County on Tuesday the
Fourth Day of July in the Twenty third year of the
Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the Second by the
Grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland
King Etc

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Giles's in the
Fields have Notice of this Appeal and that they and all
Persons concerned do attend this Court on Thursday next at
Ten of the Clock in the fore noon to hear and
Abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court
touching the sd. Appeal
