To the Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex in Quarter Sessions at Hicks Hall in Saint John
Street in and for the said County Assembled

The humble Petition and Appeal of the Church
wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish
of St. Clemt. Danes in the said County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the hands and Seals of
John Milner< no role > and Jos. Hacks< no role > two of his Majestys Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middx (one of the Quorum) bearing Date
the 18th. Day of April 1749 Elizabeth Neale< no role > (therein said
to be the Widow of John Neale< no role > deced) was removed from
the Parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the said County to the
Parish of St. Clement Danes aforesd. where by your Petr.
conceive themselves to be agrieved and against the sd.
Order do Appeal

Your Petrs. therefore humbly pray
that a Short Day may be
Appointed this present Session to
hear and determine the sd. Appeal

And your Petrs. shall pray Etc
