At the General Quarter Session of the Peace of our
Sovereign Lord the King held at Hicks's Hall in St.
John Street in the for the County of Middx on Monday
the Third day of July in the twenty third year of
the Reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the within named
John Rayner< no role > have Notice of this Petition and
Appeal & that he & all other Persons Concerned
do attend this Court on Wednesdaynext at
ten of the Clock in the forenoon to hear and
Abide the Judgment & Determination of the
same Court touching the said Appeal & that
the Warrant or Order for appointing the said
John Rayner< no role > Overseer of the Poor be then &
there produced
