theParish of St. George Hanover Square
in theLibertyofWestminster
and to the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor of theParish of St. James in the said
Liberty and to each and every of them

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto
Us, two of his Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for theLibertyofWestminster aforesaid
(one whereof being of the Quorum) by the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the saidParish of
St. George Hanover [..]
ThatFrances Trevors< no role > the Widow of Peter Trevors< no role >
Aged abt. forty five years hath
lately intruded, and come into the saidParish of St George
Hanover Square
andis likely tobecome Chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises upon
Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge the same
to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the last legal
Settlement of the said
Frances Trevors to be in the Parish
of St. James within the Liberty of Westminster

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to
require you, on Sight hereof, to remove and
convey the saidFrances Trevors< no role >
from and out of your saidParish of St. George Hanover
Square
to the said Parish of St. James within the Liberty
of Westmr:
andherdeliver unto the Church-Wardens and
Overseers of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them,
together with this our Order, or a true Copy hereof,
who are hereby required to receive and provide for
heraccording to Law. Given under out
Hands and Seals this14th.Day ofApril 1749.
