To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the County
of Middlesex at their General Sessions of the Peace Assembled.

The Humble Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and Overseers
of the Poor of the Parish of Saint John of Wappin in the County of
Middlesex .

Sheweth

That by a Pass Warrant or Order dated the fourteenth day of April last under
the hands and Seals of Thomas Quarrill< no role > and Nathaniel Duckinfield< no role > Esquires
two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the said County of Middlesex (one
being of the Quorum) John Baldwin< no role > and his Child named Sarah< no role > Aged about
Eleven years were removed form the Parish of Saint Mary White Chappel in
the said County of Middlesex to the said Parish of Saint John of Wapping as the
Place of the last legall Settlement of the said John Baldwyn and his said Child.

That your Petitioners Conceive themselves Agreived by the said Order
of the said two Justices and Appeal against the same. That your Petitioners
have given due notice of this Appeal to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the-
Poor of the said Parish of Saint Mary white Chappell .
