Upon his Knocking at the Door another Gentleman an came down appearing like an
Officer and took the Deceased by the Collar and Shook him The Deceased then
Asked him what Reason he had for doing so & this Deponent likewise said that
It he would behave like a Gentleman the would toll him when the said Gentl [..]
Stack the Deceased with his Kist & the Deceased Returned his Blows which
Occasioned a Scuffle between them; as they were fighting several Persons to the [..]
Deponent Unknown came with I words Cutlasses or some such Weapons Upon whe [..]
this Deponent ran to the Watch house for Assistance and Returning saw the
Deceased lying upon His Beley in the Street when he said Oh, Dear Ned and
Expired soon afterwards and further Saith not
