Who saith that last Right between the House of Eleven & Twelve this Deponent
together wth. the Deceased came [..] St: Martins Lane when the Deceased happend to
Jor [..] agst: a Gentleman in a Blue Gray Coat a Scarlet Waist Coatwhichnear a
Passage or Court in the Lane upon which Words are se between all three of the them After which they went
away but the Deceased in a feu Minutes Insisted upon going Back to know the
Meaning of the Affronts which he accordingly did together with this Deponent- He
Returning to the Same place found the D [..] same Gentleman Standing in the Middle of the
Passage when the Deceased Ask,d him what he meant by Insulting him as he went
along the Streets when the same Gentleman Knock at a Door in the Passage
