Upon an Indictment for Felony

Charles Chaworth< no role > of the Custom House London Gentleman
Maketh Oath that John Leader< no role > of Yarmouth in the County
of Norfolk Labourer is a Material Witness for the Crown
on the prosecution of the above named Defendant; and
Without whose Evidence the Crown cannot Safely proceed
to the Tryal of the said Indictment, And this Deponent
Saith that the Said John Leader< no role > cannot be produced
this Sessions, he now being Ill of the Small Pox as
this Deponent is Informed and verily Beleives
