this Deponent She being a Material Witness for this
Deponent at the Tryal of this Indictment And this Deponent
Saith that if this Deponents Witnesses the said James Breame
And Mrs Carthew And the several Other Witnesses which this
Deponent has now in London to manifest his Innocence
Should return into the Country without giving their Evidence on behalf of this Deponent this Deponent will never be
able to procure them to Attend at any Subsequent Sessions
throh the Inability and Poverty which this prosecution has
reduced this Deponent to and which will Endanger this Deponents
Life [..] without the benefit of the Testimony of the Said James Bream< no role > Mrs
Carthew and the Several other Witnesses who now Attend on the behalf of this
Deponent at London
