of Cranbourn alley in the parish of
St: Ann Widow & of Catherine Grimes< no role >
at Mr: Jervis in said place & Mary
Cox

First of all Grace Baxter< no role > maketh Oath that
she has a strong suspicion that a person
who calls herself Catherine, Campbell< no role > did
on the 30th day of May inst : Feloniously
steal take & carry away out of the Shop
of Mrs: Mary Cox< no role > two pieces of Black silk
because she pursued her, & knew her by
[..] & that she was not out of
her sight till she was apprehended
Secondly Catherine Grimes< no role > Maketh Oath
that she saw the said Catherine Campbell< no role >
about the Shop of the said Mrs: Cox for
near half an hour & gave a child she had in
her arms a half penny to keep her quiet
& that upon her being pursued she saw
her drop the aforesaid two pieces of
black silk wch this Informt: look up
& geves to Mrs: Baxter Thirdly Mary
Cox
< no role > maketh Oath that the aforesaid
two pieces of black Silk are her property
& of the value of Thirty shillings
