and Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of Great Yarmouth
in the County of Norfolk

Sheweth

That by an Order or pass Warrant under the hand and Seale of
John Milner< no role > Esquire One orf his Majestyes Justices of the Peace for
the County of Middlesex bearing date the thirtieth day of November
last Ann Briand< no role > Widow of Edward Braind< no role > deceased was removed
from the Parish of Saint Giles's in the fields in the said County of
Middlesex to the said Parish of Great Yarmouth as the place of
her last legal Settlement

Yor Petitioners therefore thinking themselves
Aggrieved by the said Order of the said
Justice Appeale to this Court against the
same and humbly pray Yom Worships
will Appoint a day for hearing and
Determining the said Appeale and that
all persons Concerned may Attend at the
same time
