Lord the King holden for the County of Middx at Hicks hall in St. John street in the County aforesd. by adjournmt.
on Monday the Twelfth Day of october in the Twenty first
Year of the reign of our Sovereign Lord George the
Second by the Grace of God of Great Britain France and
Ireland King Defender of the Paish Etc.

It is ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens and overseers of the
poor of the parish of Saint Paul Shadwell in the said County have act [..]
of this Peticon and appeal do and that they and all parties concerned
Do attend this court on Wednesdaynext at tenof the
Clock in the forenoon to hear and abide by the judgment and
Determinacon of this court touching the said appeal
