At the General Quarter Session of the peace of our sovereign Lord the King holden for the
County of Middx at Westminster in the County aforesaid on Wednesday the eighth day of
October in the twenty first year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the second
King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
parish of St. Giles in the fields in this County have notice of this appeal, And that they
and all persons concerned do attend this Court at Hicks hall in St. John street in the said
County on Monday the twelfth day of October instant at ten of the clock in the forenoon
of the same day to hear and abide the Judgment and determination of this Court touching
the said appeal,
