Middx at the Town Court House near Westmr: hath
in and for the sd County on Thursday the Eighth
day of October in the Twenty First year of the reign
of our Sovereign Lord George the Second now
King of Great Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court That the Church Wardens &
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St Margarett
Westmr: in the County of Middx and all other persons
Concerned Do Attend this Court at Hick's Hall in St. John Street in the sd County on Thursday next being
the Fifteenth day of this Instant October at Ten of the
Clock in the forenoon to hear the within mentioned
petition and appeal and to abide the final
determination of this Court
