To the Right Worshipfull his Majestres Justices of the peace
for the County of Middlesex at their General Quarter
Sessions of the peace Assembled

The humble petition and appeal of the
Church Wardens and Overseers of the poor
of the parish of Christ Church in the said County

Sheweth

That by Warrant or order under the hands & Seals of Philip Dyot< no role >
and Jo Hucks< no role > Esquiers two of his Majesties Justices of the
peace for the County of Middlesex (one being of the Quorum)
bearing date the Seventeenth day of September Last past
Whereby Mary Brown< no role > Wife of John Brown< no role > was removed
from the parish of St. Giles in the Fields in the Said County
to the parish of Christ Church in the said County as the place of
her Last Leg at Settlement

your petitioners conceving themselves
agrieved by the Warrant or order of the
Said Two Justices of the peace do therefore
humbly appeal to this Court against
the same praying such relief in the
premisses as to this Court Shall seem
Meet

and your petitioners shall
ever pray Etc,
