To the Right Worshipfull his Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx in General Quarter Session of the Peace
assembled.

The humbled Petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Botolph without
Aldersgate in the City of London .

Sheweth

That by virtue of a Warrant or Order under the Hands and Seals of John-
Poulson
< no role > and Francis Hole< no role > Esquires two of his Majestys Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middx (whereof one was of the Quorum) bearing date the twenty fourth
day of September last Alice Wicks< no role > Singlewoman was removed and conveyed from
and out of theParish of St. Andrew Holborn
in the County of Middx into the said Parish of St. Botolph without Aldgersgate
London as the Place of the last legal Settlement of he said Alice Wicks< no role >

Your Petitioners conceiving themselves aggrieved by
the said Warrant or Order of the said two Justices
of the Peace humbly appeal to this Court against
the same and pray this Courtthat the hearing
and determining of the said Appeal may be adjourned
untill the next General QuarterSession of the
Peace to be holden for this County and that the Court
will appoint a day in the said next Session for the
Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
said Parish of St. Andrew Holborn and all other
persons concerned to attend this Court to hear and
abide the Judgment and Determination of this Court
touching the said Appeal.

And your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc
