& being signed in his pevnce only ye Justice called in Mr
Rd Harton< no role > his Sd & before [..] his Bygrave acknowledged Ye
[..] to be his hand & swire to ye Truth of ye Information
whereupon they had a Warrt. of detained granted them

Warwick made OathInformationof these facts before ye Lord
Mayor whereupon Want non granted for appetend Nicholls & Bygrave [..] Mr. Nicholls got [..] out was butt [..] Bygrave being taken
up was comitted to Woodstreet compter & next day [..] before ye Justice as Guildhall & Mr Horton

att and hath ye Mr. HathWarwick again made oath as before & Mr
Horton ye Justices Cl attending with ye agt information
made before Mr Marine Sware ye Bygrave was ye man
who made it by ye name of Spruce [..]
ye acting Justice being [..] abt to committ Bygrave to Newgate
he freely confessed ye whole fact acknowdged ye [..]
Name John Spruce subscribed to ye Information to be of
his own hand writing & desired favour is regard he
had been drawn in [..] by Mr. Nicholls who had an
Information one of him such a nature yt it was not safe for
him to refuse her any thus, ye Justice Cd would have
taken his Confession down in writing & get Bygrave to
have signed in [..] his he refunds to Settle hand to any
this nothing was reduced to writing [..]

Warwick who pray proofs to ye whole transaction but to
he having suffered an Infam [..] Punishment.

Mr. Morrice who took ye Information is writing & law
Bygrave subscribed

Mr Haton who heard him an ye subt. to be him hand
& administed ye Oath to him

Mr Robinson Cd to ye Justice at Guild hall who read
ye Information are [..] ye Perance of Bygrave & heard [..]
acknowledge ye whole fact a particularly an his hand
writing
