At the General Quarter Sessions of the Peace of our Sovereign
Lord the King held in and for the County of Middlesex in Westminster Hickshall
in St. John Street
in the said County on Thursday the 7th. day of October
in the Tenth year of the Reign of King George the Second now King
of Great Britain

It is Ordered by this Court That the Churchwardens and
Overseers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Giles in the Feilds in
this County Have Notice of this Petition and Appeal and that they
and all persons Concerned Do Attend this Court [..] at Wesat
Hickhall in St. John Street in the said County on Tuesday next at tenn Clock in the forenoon to him and abide the Judgement
and Determination of this Court touching the said Appeal

holden for the County of Middx at Hickshall in St. John Street in the County
aforesaid by adjornment on Thursday the fourteenth day of October in the
tenth year of the reign of our sovereign Lord George the second King of Great
Britain Etc

It is Ordered by this Court that the hearing & determining the matter of the
[..] thin written appeal be and the same is hereby adjourned Untill the next
General Session of the peace to be holden for this County, And that the Church
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Giles in the Fields in this
[..] ty and all persons concerned do attend the Court of the said next Generall
[..] of the peace to be holden for the said County by adjornment on
day the tenth day of December next at nine of the clock in the forenoon to
[..] bide the Judgment & determination of the same Court touching the said
