of Middx by adjornment on Monday the eleventh day of
October last setting forth That by an Order or warrant [..]

Ann Page< no role > his wife were removed & conveyed from or so
of St. Paul Shadwell in the said County of Middx to the said P [..]
of Thames Ditton in the said County of Surrey as the Plac [..]
their last legal Settlement, Against which Order or Warrant
the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor on the behalf
themselves & the rest of the Inhabitants of the said Parish of
Thames Ditton did appeal to the said Court thinking themselve
aggrieved thereby, And whereas by an Order made by the said
Court on the said eleventhday of October last the hearing [..]
determining the matter of the said appeal was adjourned Untill
this present General Session of the peace holden for the said [..]
County of Middx, Now Upon motion made Unto this Co [..]
Mr. Serjeant Hayward of Councel for the said Appellants
praying that the hearing of the said appeal may be further
adjourned and offering sufficient reason for that purpose [..]
Ordered by this Court that the hearing & determining the
