Take Notice (that according to the order
of this Court) I am to be brought up at this
present Session of Oyer and Terminer holden
for the County of Middx at Hicks Hall in Saint
John's Street in the said County by adjornment tomorrow morning
at nine of the Clock in the forenoon being
Fryday the 8th day of December instant and
then and there take my Tryal upon an Indictmt:
which you have preferred against me for [..]
