statute in such case made doth further order that the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the said parish of Harlington
do take
seize and receive the annual rents and profits of the said lands
amounting to eight shillings a year together with all the said
goods for & towards the charge of bringing up and providing for
the said Hester< no role >
the wife
of the said Thomas Osborne< no role >
and his
child pursuant to the Act of Parliament in that case made and
provided, And that the said Churchwardens & Overseers of the
poor [..] and also the Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor of the
said parish for the time being do from time to time receive the
annual rents and profits of the said lands-and apply the same
and also the said goods for the purpose aforesaid in case and for or
towards the discharge of the Inhabitants of the said parish, And the said
Churchwardens & Overseers of the poor are to be accountable to the
Justices of the peace
for this County to be assembled in Quarter
Sessions, for all such moneys as they or any of them shall received by
Vertue of the said statute and of this Order made [..]
