To the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the
Parish of St. Mary Le Bone in the County
of Middx and to the Church Wardens and Over-
seers of the Poor of the Parish of St. Bridget otherwise
Brides in the City of London and to each & every of them.

WHEREAS Complaint hath been made unto Us,
two of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace , for
the County aforesaid (One whereof being of the
Quorum) by the Church Wardens and Overseers of the Poor
of the said Parish of St. Mary Le Bone That Elizabeth
Neale
< no role > Widow & relit of John Neales< no role > Deceased together
with the two Children (To Wit) Elizabeth< no role > & Sarah< no role > by her
said late husband or
lately intruded, and
come into the said Parish of St. Mary Le Bone
and are likely to become Chargeable to the same; We
the said Justices, upon Examination of the Premises taken
before Us upon Oath, and other Circumstances, do adjudge
the same to be true, and do also adjudge the Place of the
last legal Settlement of the said Elizabeth Neale widow of
John Neale & the said two Children by an said
late husband to be in ye Parish of St. Brides
otherwise Brides in ye City of London

THESE are therefore, in his Majesty's Name, to require
you, on Sight hereof, to Remove and Convey the said
Elizabeth Neale< no role > & Husd. two Children
from and out of your said Parish of St. Mary Le Bone
to the said parish of St. Bridgate otherwise
Brides in ye City of London
and them deliver unto the Church Wardens and Overseers
of the Poor there, or to some, or one of them, together with
this our Order, or a true Copy hereof, who are hereby required
to receive and provide for them according to Law. Given
Under our Hands and Seals this 17th Day of Sept. 1736
