Concerning the Settlement of Rachell Harbey< no role >
& Children.

Case of St. Luke.

Edward Harbey< no role > the Father of Joseph Harbey< no role > who was
Husband of Sd. Rachell, was settled in the
Precinct of St. Catherine as appears by the
Annext Examination Wherefore, & not being
able to find out any otter Settlemt. yt sd.
Joseph Harbey< no role > had acquired of himself
his sd. Wido. & 5 Children were removed by
St. Lukes to St. Catherines as the Place
of Said Edward Harbey ye Grandfather's
Settlemt. & so Consequently the Settlemt. of sd. Joseph Harbey< no role >
as derived from his sd. Father Edward Harbey

But Since the removall of the Paupers;
St. Catherines say they have found out the
Settlemt. of sd. Joseph to be in Aldgate parish
by his having rented a House there of
10 or 12£ a year some short time before his
death.
