The Humble Petition & Appeal of the Church
wardens & Overseers of the poor of the Parish of
St. Mary Le Strand in the County aforesaid

Sheweth.

That by Virtue of pass warrant or Order under the
Hands & Seals of Richard Ricard< no role > & Richard Farmer< no role > Esqrs. two
of his Majesties Justices of the peace for the said County of Middx
(one being of the Quorum) bearing date the Twenty Third day of
September last Ann< no role > the wife of George Walker< no role > with Ann< no role > her Child
aged abt. 2 Years were removed from the parish of St. Mary White
Chapple in the County of Middx to the parish of St. Mary Le Shan
as the place of their last legal Settlemt. whereby your Petrs.
think themselves aggrieved

Your Petitioners therefore Humbly
prays this Court will please to appoint
a time for hearing the sd. Appeal & that
all psons concerned may attend at the same
time
