To the Churchwardens and Overseers of the
Poor of the parish of Hendon , in the County
of Middlesex and to the Churchwarden and
Overseer of the poor of the parish of Fulham in
the said County and to each and every of them

Whereas Complaint hath been made by you
the Churchwarden and Overseer of the poor of the said
parish of Fulham unto us, whose hands and seals
are hereunto set, two of his Majesty's Justices of the
peace for the County aforesaid, that, Sarah the Wife
of John Ingram< no role > hath lately intruded herself
into your said parish of Fulham there to inhabit
as your parishioner, contrary to the laws relating
to the Settlement of the poor, and is there like
to become chargeable if not timely prevented ;
and whereas upon due Examination and Enquiry
made into the premisses it appears unto us and
we accordingly adjudge that the said Sarah Ingram< no role >
is like to become chargeable unto the said parish
of Fulham and that the last legal place of Settlement
of the said Sarah Ingram< no role > is in the said parish of
Hendon . These are therefore in his Majesty's
name to order and require you the said Church-
warden and Overseers of [..]
Fulham aforesaid, that you, or some of you, do
forthwith remove and convey the said Sarah
Ingram
< no role > from your said parish of Fulham to the said
parish of Hendon and her to deliver to the Church-
-wardens and Overseers there, who are hereby required
to receive and provide for her according to Law Given
under our hands and seals this eighth day of
February 1734
