the Eighth Day of July One Thousand Seven Hundred and
Twenty Nine
Bound an Apprentice to your Pet. for the Term of
Seven Years and that yor. Petr. was (as by the sd. Indenture) to
learn him the Art of a Carpenter
and was to find him in
sufficient meat Drink Washing Lodgeing and all other
necessarys dureing the said Term Expect Cloaths in Cons of
which yor. Pet. P received the Sume of Twenty one pounds of the

of his duty refused to work or learn his Trade absconded
frequently and for several Months past from yor. Petrs. business
and home and has also very much misused your Pet and
evil intreated him and his family to the great loss and damage
of your Pet. and this without any Just Cause
Yor Petr. therefore most Humbly prays
that your Worships will be pleased to
discharge him from the sd. Indre and
Apprentice
