aforesaid by adjornment on wednesday the twenty sixth
day of February in the eighth yeare of the reign of our
Sovereign Lord George the Second King of Great Britain
France & Ireland Defender of the Faith

Upon motion of Mr. Hayward of Councel for the Defdt.
above named It is Ordered by this Court that the said
Defdt. (for whom [..] defective notices of trial have been
given as is alledged) be at liberty to try his traverses
upon the respective Indictments above mentioned on
Friday next at ten of the clock in the forenoon,
And notice of the said trials and of this Order [..]
