Thos. Groome< no role > of Cow Cross in the Parish of St. Sepulchres in
the County of Middx Distiller Maketh Oath that he this Depont.
being bound by Recognizance to appear this Present
Sessions to Try his Traverse on an Indictmt. preferred agt. him
this Depont. the last Sessions for forcibly & unlawfully entring
a Certain House in the Possession of Edward Allmond< no role > in
the Parish of St. Sepulchres & disturbing the peace of him the
said Edward and his family & this Depont. saith that the said
Edward before last Hillary Term brought an Action against
this Depont. in his Maties: Court of Common Pleas for the
same Offence and saith that the said Action was at the
Sittings after last Hillary Term in the said Court brought
to Tryal & that after the Plantiff Allmond had examined
two witnesses on his behalf in the said Action it was
proposed by the Plantiffs Council that all matters in
difference between the above Parties should be referred
to Arbitatracon which was then agreed to by said Plantiff
& Dopt. & a Juror withdrawn in the said causes
