in this Cause maketh Oath & saith that
when she was served with Notice of tryal
by the Dept in this Cause the sd. Dept. told this
Dept that the sd Notice was a Paper of no
Use & this Dept. therefore did not send the
same to her Attoney nor did he know of it
till last night And this Dept hath same
Used her Utmost endeavours to get her
Witnesses here to day to try this Cause But
Mr John Hills< no role > the Master of the King's
had tavern on Tower hill who is a
Materiall Witness for the King in this
Cause this day told this Dept. that he could
not attend the sd tryall this day but
would attend the Jame to mon [..] & is not
now her And the sd Mr Hills is a very
materiall witness of the King in this Cause
as this Dept. believes.
