Said James & Susannah And against the Peace of our Said Lord the King his
Crown & Dignity. Whereupon the Sheriff of the Said County of Middx is
commanded that he do not omit by reason of any Liberty in his Bailiwick but
that he cause the Said John Stock< no role > to come to answer the Premisses And afterwards
to wit at the General Session of the Peace of our Said Lord the King holden for the
County aforesaid at Hicks Hall aforesaid in the Said County on Monday to wit the
Second day of December in the Eighth Year of the reign of our Said Lord the King
before Edward Barker< no role > Esqr . Sr. John Gonson< no role > Knt : John Milner< no role > Esqr . & others their
fellows Justices of our Said Lord the King assigned to keep the Peace in the Said
County & also to hear & determine divers felonies [..] trespasses & other Misdeeds
comitted in the Said County cometh the Said John Stock< no role > in his own Person & having heard the
same Indictment the Said John Stock< no role > saith that he is not guilty thereof & concerning this he
putteth himself upon his County & Peter Walter< no role > Esqr . Clerk of the peace of the County
aforesaid who prosecuteth for our sd. Lord the King in this Behalf in like Manner Etc
Therefore let the Jury thereupon come before the Justices of our Said Lord the King at the next
General Quarter Session of the peace to be holden for the County aforesaid by whom the Truth of
the Matter may be the better known & who are of no Affinity to the Said John Stock< no role > to recognize
upon their Oath whether the Said John Stock< no role > be guilty of the trespass & Offence aforesaid not
because aswell the Said Peter Walter who prosecuteth for our Said Lord the King as the Said John Stock< no role >
have put themselves upon that Jury At which Said next General Quarter Session of the peace of
our Said Lord the King held for the County aforesaid at Hicks Hall aforesaid in the Said County on Monday to
wit the Thirteenth day of January in the Eighth Year of the reign of our Said Lord the
King before Edward Barker< no role > Esqr. Sr. John Gonson< no role > Knight Henry Vincent< no role > John Milner< no role >
Esquires & others their fellows Justices of our Said Lord the King assigned to Keep the
Peace in the Said County & also to hear & determine divers felonies trespasses & other
Misdeeds comitted in the Said County come as well the sd. Peter Walter she
Prosecuteth for our Said Lord the King as the Said John Stock< no role > in their own Persons & the Jurors
of the Said Jury by Mieajah Perry< no role > Esqr . & John Salter< no role > Esqr. the Sheriff of the Said County
of Middx. to this Matter impanelled & returned to wit William Ashman< no role > Gent .

to speak the Truth of & upon the Premisses aforesaid in the Indictment aforesaid
above specified Do say upon their Oath that the Said John Stock< no role > is not guilty of the
Trespass & Offence aforesaid in the Indictment aforesaid above specified in Manner
& form as the Said John Stock< no role > for himself above hath by his Plea alledged upon
which it is considered by the Court here that the Said John Stock< no role > of the Trespass
& offence aforesaid in the Indictment aforesaid above specified be discharged
& go without Day.
