To the Right Worshipfull his Majesties Justices of the
Peace for the County of Middlesex in the their Generall Quarter
Sessions of the peace of the County aforesaid assembled

The Humble Petition of the Church wardens and
Overseers of the poor of the parish of St. Saithes
London

Sheweth


That by virtue of an order or pass Warrant under the hands
and seals of Two of his Majesties Justices of the Peace for the
County of Middlesex & (whereof one of the Quoram) bearing
date the 22d. day of May last past Instant Benjamen Jackson< no role > with Mary < no role >
his wife and Two Children (namely) Ann Jackson< no role > aged. about three
Years and Benjamen Jackson< no role > aged about One year wee passed
From the parish os St. Leonard Shereditch in the said County of
Middlesex to the said parish of St. Haithsas their last legall
Settlement

Your Petitioner humbly Conceiveing
themselves aggrieved by the said Warrant
and Judgement of the said thee Justices
appeal to this Court for Relieve in the
premisses
and your Petitioners shall ever pray Etc.
