WHEREAS Complaint hath been made by you, the Church-
Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
ofEnfield unto us whole Hands and seals are
hereunto set, Two of his Majestices Justices of the Peace (Quorum
unus) for the County aforesaid, thatThomas Sayler< no role > & Elizabeth< no role >
his wife & Joseph their son about the Agt of six Months
lately intrudedthemselvesinto your said parish of
Enfield [..] there to inhabit asourParishioner contrary to
the Laws relating to the Settlement of the Poor, andarethere likely
become Chargeable, if not timely prevented. And whereas up-
on due Examination and Enquiry made into the Premissesupon Oath
of the said Thomas Tayler< no role > it appears
unto us, and we accordingly Adjudge, That the saidThomas Tayler< no role >
and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife & Joseph Tayler< no role > there son are
likely to become chargeable unto the said parish ofEnfield aforesaid
and that the last Legal place of Settlement of the saidThomas
Tayler
< no role > & Elizabeth his [..] Was in the said Parish ofBishop Hatfield in the
County of Hortford

THESE are therefore in his his Majesty's Name to Order and
Require you the said Church-Wardens and Overseers of the Poor of
the Parish ofEnfield aforesaid, That you, or some
of you do forthwith remove and convey the said.Thomas Tayler< no role > & Elizabeth
his wife & Joseph < no role > thersfrom your said Parish ofEnfields aforesaid
to the said Parish ofBishop Hatfield in ye county of Enfield aforesaidand themdeliver
to the Church-wardens and Overseers of the Poor there, or some or
one of them, together with this our Warrant, or Order, or a true
Copy hereof, whereby they are likewise required in his Majesties
Name, and by Virtue of the Statutes in such Case made, forthwith
to receive the saidThomas Taylers & Elizabeth< no role > his wife & Joseph [..]
into their saidparish of [..] Hatfield and provide forthem there
as their own Parishioner, Given under our Hands and Seale, the
20th Day of Aprill Anno Regni
nunc Magne Britannia, Etc
