person named in the Annext petition & order hereunto
Annext on Friday the thirty first day of may in the Kings
Bench Prison in Southwarke And this Deponent further maketh
Oath that he the Said Nicholas Nugent< no role > then told this Deponent
that he had signed a discharge on the back of the said
Indenture hereunto annext and the other Deponent John
Cattloe maketh Oath that he this Deponent saw the said
Nicholas Nugent< no role > Subscribe his name on the back of the
Annext Indenture
